The National Communications Secretariat Strategic Plan provides a clear road map that will enable the Secretariat continue to execute its mandate as it pursues its Vision and Mission statements. Overall, the five-year Plan takes into consideration the critical requirements of policy advisory to the Ministry of ICT in particular and the national ICT sector in general, as well as the expectations of various stakeholders and ensures that the targets set therein are measurable and deliverable.
