National Communication Secretariat invites sealed tenders for Provision of Staff Pension Scheme Services Under Umbrella Retirement Benefits for a period of five (5) years.
Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tender documents with detailed information shall be viewed and downloaded from www.ncs.go.ke and PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Applicants who download the documents are required to promptly provide their contact information to scm@ncs.go.ke to receive any subsequent clarifications or addenda.
Alternatively, the same document can be obtained from Transcom House 9th floor located at Kilimani-community Ngong Road, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000/ in cash or Banker's Cheque during office hours of 9.00am to 3.00pm
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, in Kenya Shillings, and shall remain valid for One Hundred and Forty (140) days from the closing date of the tender.
- All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Three Hundred Thousand Only (KES. 300,000) from a reputable Financial Institution registered by the Central Bank of Kenya or Insurance providers approved by the Insurance Regulatory Authority in Kenya, valid for 30 days beyond the tender validity period.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Box 10756 - 00100, Nairobi - Completed tenders should be deposited in the Tender Box situated on the 9th Floor, Transcom House – Kilimani - Community Ngong Road, so as to be received on or before Tuesday 3rd November 2026 at 11.00am. Electronic tenders will not be permitted and late tenders will be rejected.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Reception Area, 9th Floor, Transcom House, in the presence of tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend.
